Whether you are new to yoga or just new to Thrive we have a class for you!

We offer a variety of classes. Most new clients are unsure which class to start with. This really depends on your personal preference. Just know it’s a practice, not perfection, and each class you take you will become more and more familiar with the instructors, flow of the class, etc. Each class offers modifications for beginners as well as add-ons for more experienced students so you can decide what is the best place to start for you!

We highly recommend that new students purchase our new client intro offer. For just over $69, our new client intro gives you 30-days of unlimited classes which allows you to try all class styles, instructors and establish a routine that works with your life.

Register for class.

Due to limited space, we ask that all participants sign up for class. Classes can be registered via the schedule widget above on the home screen or on the Mind Body App. Our cancellation is 2 hours prior to the start of class or 12 hours prior to the state of workshops & events.

Coming to your first class.

Arrive 10 mins early to your first class. All classes begin on time and the doors to the studio are locked once class begins. You are welcome to bring your own mat or borrow ours for free. Studio mats are first come first serve. For your convenience we have a restroom and water cooler available. Leave your belongs in the lobby room (doors are locked once class begins to keep students and their belongings safe). There are no cell phones allowed in the practice space. Shoes are not allowed in the practice space.

Where are we located?

We’re located on the ground level at 626 Main Rd, Towaco, NJ (900 Degrees is our neighbor above). Please enter the studio space via the side door located just before the steps leading to the street level. Parking is free and located in the lot behind the building, street or at the train station.

We want you to get the most from your membership. If you’re on the Intro Special we’ll be checking in with you periodically to see how you’re doing and to see if the classes you’ve been taking align with your goals. All of our staff are well equipped to answer any questions you may have and guide you to other classes that might better suit you. If you’ve never done yoga and fitness, here are a few things to remember:

You don’t have to be strong and/or flexible to do yoga, you do yoga to become stronger and more flexible.

Listen to your body! If it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it! Your breath is your teacher. If it’s difficult breathing during certain poses, you’re probably going deeper into the pose than you’re ready for. Just back off slightly and progress at your own rate.

Taking a pause or child’s pose is ALWAYS an option!

Avoid eating a large meal within an hour of class.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day and after class. If you need to drink water during class, taking small sips will avoid stomach upset.
