Due to limited space, reservations are required to attend class. Be sure to register for classes at least 60 minutes in advance so our front desk staff and/or the instructors know to expect you. Please note that not all classes are held virtually. All virtual classes will state VIRTUAL in the class name. Availability is based on a first come first serve basis. Please note that if there are no participants signed up within 60 minutes of class time, that class will be cancelled for the day. For all 6:00 am and 7:00 am classes, please register by 11:00 pm the night before. If there are no participants signed up by that time, that class will be cancelled for the day. There are no standing reservations or assumption of a participants attendance by the studio or the instructors.

YOGA

RISE & SHINE VINYASA EXPRESS (45 MINUTES) - WAKE UP AND GO! RISE & SHINE VINYASA WILL GET YOUR DAY STARTED IN THE VERY BEST WAY AS YOU CREATE YOUR OWN LIGHT, FIND BALANCE AND BUILD STRENGTH. RISE & SHINE VINYASA WILL HELP YOU MOVE FROM ONE POSTURE TO ANOTHER SEAMLESSLY. FOCUS ON YOUR BREATH WORK VIA DEEP STRETCHING, AND GET ENERGIZED WITH THIS POWERFUL FLOW.

RADIANT FLOW(60 MINUTES) - A VINYASA STYLE CLASS BRINGING A WHOLE MIND-BODY CHALLENGE WITH A FOCUS ON BREATH, ALIGNMENT, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY AND CONNECTION. THIS FLOW WAKES YOU UP AND BRINGS YOU MENTAL CLARITY TO TAKE ON THE DAY.

HOT VINYASA FLOW (60 - 75 MINUTES) - HOT VINYASA FLOW IS A DYNAMIC STYLE OF HATHA YOGA WHICH JOINS PHYSICAL POSTURES (ASANAS) AND THE BREATH, CREATING A MOVING MEDITATION AND INTERNAL RHYTHM FOR THE PRACTICE WHICH INVOLVES SUN SALUTATIONS, STANDING AND SEATED POSTURES, BACK BENDING, ARM BALANCING, AND A STRONG FOCUS ON THE POWER OF BREATH AWARENESS SET WITH A ROOM TEMPERATURE OF 95 DEGREES.

WARM/HOT HATHA (60 MINUTES) - A GENTLE CLASS THAT EMPHASIZES ON HOLDING THE POSTURE WITH PROPER ALIGNMENT TO ENHANCE MUSCLE TONE, FLEXIBILITY, AND A CALM MIND THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF BREATH, BHANDA AND MUDRA WORK SET WITH A ROOM TEMPERATURE OF 80 DEGREES FOR WARM, AND 95 DEGREES FOR HOT.

WARM VINYASA FLOW (60 MINUTES) - WARM VINYASA FLOW IS A YOGA CLASS THAT COMBINES TRADITIONAL VINYASA YOGA WITH A MORE DYNAMIC, FLOWING STYE OF MOVEMENT. THIS CLASS EMPHASIZES MINDFUL TRANSITIONS, CREATIVE SEQUENCING AND FLUIDITY OF MOTINO. IT’S A GREAT WAY TO EXPLORE MOVEMENT AND BREATH IN A FUN AND CHALLENGING WAY SET WITH A ROOM TEMPERATURE OF 80 DEGRRES.

POWER VINYASA (60 MINUTES) - THIS VINYASA YOGA CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH ENERGETIC AND QUICK FLOWING SEQUENCES, WITH A DYNAMIC MIX OF POSTURES. ENJOY FUN TUNES, VARIATIONS OF CORE WORK, BODYWEIGHT MOVEMENTS COMBINED WITH TRADITIONAL YOGA POSES. YOU WILL SWEAT AND RELEASE STRESS, WHILE STILL BUILDING STRENGTH AND GAINING FLEXIBILITY. ALL LEVELS WELCOME, AS MODIFICATIONS ARE ALWAYS OFFERED!

REFINE & FLOW (60 MINUTES) - A TRADITIONAL VINYASA YOGA CLASS DESIGNED TO REFINE YOUR POSTURES. WITH A FOCUS ON ALIGNMENT AND PROPER FORM IN EACH POSE, YOU ARE GUIDED THROUGH THE POSTURES AT A STEADY PACE THAT ALLOWS FOR STRENGTH BUILDING, MINDFUL MOVEMENT AND BREATH AWARENESS.

VINYASA FLOW (60 MINUTES) - A LIGHTHEARTED VINYASA YOGA CLASS BRINGING TOGETHER YOUR BASIC YOGA POSES IN A FLUID AND INVIGORATING WAY!  EACH STUDENT IS ENCOURAGED TO HAVE A FUN AND PLAYFUL PRACTICE, TRY NEW THINGS, DANCE TO THE PLAYLIST AND CELEBRATE A FUN AND ENERGIZING FLOW PRACTICE THAT IS SAFE FOR ANY BEGINNER.

FLOW & RESTORE (60 MINUTES) - THIS UNIQUE YOGA CLASS OFFERS BOTH STRETCHING AND RESTORATIVE ELEMENTS. THE FIRST HALF OF CLASS IS AN ALL-LEVELS STRETCH STYLE CLASS FOCUSING ON CONNECTING EACH BREATH WITH MOVEMENT, ALLOWING THE BODY AND MUSCLES TO WARM UP. THE 2ND HALF OF CLASS WILL MOVE TO THE GROUND AND SHIFT TO A RESTORATIVE & STRETCH STYLE CLASS

YIN CHAKRA FLOW (60 MINUTES) - A YIN INSPIRED CLASS FOCUSING ON A DIFFERENT CHAKRA EACH WEEK. IN THIS CLASS THROUGH DISCUSSION, YIN YOGA, BREATH, AND REIKI WE CAN RECONNECT WITH OUR INNER LIGHT, AND IT IS THROUGH THIS LIGHT THAT WE CAN OVERCOME OBSTACLES AND ACHIEVE GREATNESS AND PURPOSE. WHEN WE GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS INNER LIGHT, NOT ONLY DO WE BENEFIT BUT SO DOES THE WORLD. AND AS WE SHARE THIS LIGHT WITH OTHERS.

ASHTANGA FLOW & LET GO (60 MINUTES) - A MIX OF STRUCTURED ASANAS THAT INCREASE ENERGY, IMPROVE BALANCE AND COORDINATION, AND STRENGTHEN MUSCLES. THE CLASS WILL END WITH A SERIES OF RELAXING POSES THAT PROMOTE GROUNDING, AND REDUCE STRESS AND ANXIETY.

WIND DOWN YOGA (60 MINUTES) - THIS GENTLE CLASS INCORPORATES BREATH-WORK, GENTLE POSTURES AND REIKI TO PROMOTE RELAXATION. EACH CLASS IS DESIGNED TO STRETCH OUT THE BODY AND QUIET THE MIND, HELPING YOU TO RELEASE ANY TENSION AND WIND DOWN FOR THE EVENING.

FITNESS

STRENGTH (45 MINUTES) - BUILD YOUR STRENGTH WITH RESISTANCE EXERCISES. THESE CLASSES  INCORPORATE TRADITIONAL FREE WEIGHT EXERCISES AND COMPOUND EXERCISES USING WEIGHTED BARS, DUMBBELLS, BANDS AND BODY WEIGHT TO CHALLENGE YOU.

YOGALATES (45 MINUTES) - A MAT CLASS COMBINING YOGA AND TRADITIONAL PILATES MOVEMENTS PERFORMED TO BUILD STRENGTH, STABILITY AND FLEXIBILITY. MAT PILATES IS A GREAT PLACE TO HONE THE FUNDAMENTAL TECHNIQUES OF PILATES. SOME MAT CLASSES INVOLVE OTHER PROPS SUCH AS SMALL BALLS AND RESISTANCE HOOPS.

BARRE 360 (45 MINUTES) - THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED TO TONE AND SCULPT THE ENTIRE BODY WITH BALLET, PILATES AND YOGA INSPIRED MOVEMENTS. SMALL ISOMETRIC MOVEMENTS WILL GIVE YOUR MUSCLES STRENGTH AND STABILITY WHILE LARGER, HIGH ENERGY/LOW IMPACT MOVEMENTS WILL INCREASE YOUR CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE. FREE WEIGH AND/OR ANKLE AND WRIST WEIGHTS WILL BE USED TO TARGET THE MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS AND DEED, ISOMETRIC STRETCHES ARE DONE AFTER EACH EXERCISE TO CREATE LONG, LEAN MUSCLES. BARRE 360 IS A FUN AND CHALLENGING WORKOUT THAT WILL LEAVE YOU FEELING STRONGER BOTH IN YOUR BODY AND YOUR MIND! 

RAISE THE BARRE (45 MINUTES) - YOU DON’T NEED TO BE A BALLERINA TO WORKOUT AT THE BARRE! OUR RAISE THE BARRE CLASS IS A LOW IMPACT, MUSCULAR ENDURANCE WORKOUT THAT FOCUSES ON HIGH REPETITIONS AND SMALL, ISOMETRIC MOVEMENTS. INSTRUCTORS BRING THE HEAT WITH THEIR FUN, UPBEAT PLAYLISTS AND ARE SURE TO HAVE YOUR MUSCLES WORKING SO YOU WALK OUT OF CLASS FEELING SLEEK, TONED AND ACCOMPLISHED.
