We are a judgment-free yoga, fitness and meditation center and encourage you to release expectations and embrace yourself, and focus on the truth of who you are and how you show up for the world. Our wonderful teachers and class options function as a workout of the body, mind and soul, and allow you to set intentions that work best for you.

New to THRIVE? Try 30 days of unlimited classes for $69!

Due to limited space, reservations are required to attend class. Be sure to register for classes at least 60 minutes in advance so our front desk staff and/or the instructors know to expect you. Availability is based on a first come first serve basis. Please note that if there are no participants signed up within 60 minutes of class time, that class will be cancelled for the day. For all 6:00 am and 7:00 am classes, please register by 11:00 pm the night before. If there are no participants signed up by that time, that class will be cancelled for the day. There are no standing reservations or assumption of a participants attendance by the studio or the instructors.

SUMMER SOLSTICE DAY RETREAT

JUNE 8TH

11:00 AM - 5:15 PM

Summer is all about uplifting energy. Come clear your mind, cleanse your thoughts, find a sense of peace and calm as we enter into this new season. Our one-day retreat will guide you through activating breath work, gentle restorative yoga, reiki, and meditation - designed to ground yourself and find inner peace. Come Join us on the mat. A catered lunch will be included and brought into the studio.
