We are a judgment-free yoga, fitness and meditation center and encourage you to release expectations and embrace yourself, and focus on the truth of who you are and how you show up for the world. Our wonderful teachers and class options function as a workout of the body, mind and soul, and allow you to set intentions that work best for you.

New to THRIVE? Try 30 days of unlimited classes for $69!
Due to limited space, reservations are required to attend class. Be sure to register for classes at least 60 minutes in advance so our front desk staff and/or the instructors know to expect you. Availability is based on a first come first serve basis. Please note that if there are no participants signed up within 60 minutes of class time, that class will be cancelled for the day. For classes scheduled between 6:00 am to 8:15 am, please register by 11:00 pm the night before. If there are no participants signed up by that time, that class will be cancelled for the day. There are no standing reservations or assumption of a participants attendance by the studio or the instructors.

SOUND HEALING EVENT

Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? This Absolute Beginner workshop is the perfect opportunity to begin your journey in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Led by Brianna, this workshop will gently guide you through the fundamentals of yoga — from basic poses and breath awareness to alignment and simple flow transitions.
You’ll learn how to move safely and confidently on your mat while gaining an understanding of what to expect in a typical yoga class. Whether you’re brand new or returning after some time away, this class will help you build a strong, mindful foundation for your practice.
BREATHWORK EVENT

This powerful session is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, break free from old patterns, and realign your energy as we move deeper into fall. Through guided breathwork, you’ll clear blockages, create space for renewal, and reconnect with your most empowered self. Step into the season with clarity, balance, and the vitality to embrace what’s ahead.
Transformational Breathwork is a holistic and therapeutic practice that focuses on conscious, controlled breathing techniques to promote emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. During a session, participants engage in deep, rhythmic breathing patterns designed to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and increase oxygen flow throughout the body. The process often involves guided meditation and sound therapy to enhance the experience.
