We know how hard it can be to keep up your practice at home or at work—those spaces demand so much from us. That’s why our studio is open on select days for Open Flow, a self-guided session designed to help you maintain your practice without the pressure of getting to a scheduled class.

Each 45-minute session gives you the freedom to move, stretch, and breathe at your own pace in a calm, supportive environment. There’s no led class, but a qualified instructor will be on staff to offer light guidance, answer questions, and ensure you feel supported and safe throughout your time on your mat.

Open Flow is meant to complement your regular class attendance—not replace it. It’s your space to explore your practice, reconnect with your breath, and stay consistent between classes.
